Express Hand Car Wash

Bob and team did an awesome job from start to finish! I pulled in today after seeing this place many times. The entrance is in the front off Giles, same access to freeway carpets. Bob will direct you where to go. He was very kind and informative from the get go. His team was very quick and professional. They pay great attention to detail. I paid a little more than regular price due to mud splatter on my truck. No problem at all. You pay for the convenience, quality, and quickness. Got my truck looking new. They took off buildup of bug splatter from road trips, road grime, cleaned windows, and washed everything top to bottom. They even shined my tires! Then they efficiently and effortlessly dried my truck by hand, with little to no streaks! Even wiped my driver window after I paid so that I wouldn’t have water streaks. During the whole process I got to stay in my truck, with it on, AC blowing, radio playing. It was a much better experience and better cleaning compared to automatic car washes. It would have probably taken me an hour or more working in the heat to do what they did in 20 minutes or less. The price is right considering a team of 3-5 guys are working on the vehicles

I will never recommend this place to anyone, the manager/owner is really rude He acts like a police. I am not from El Paso and I went for car wash and I was following the google map it said to go thru a way they wrote exit I didn’t get to turn my car as there was another car behind me. And this place is not an interstate or high way. So I went forward thru and this guy comes to me asking you didn’t see the sign? I said I was following map and I couldn’t turn and said as there was another car behind me and said sorry. He denied service. I was expecting to give him more business by taking all our 11 company cars there for wash. Nope, I won’t take company car to this damn place “Driving against the flow of traffic” Really There were only two cars in that lot and and one guy was sitting on his phone Traffic ?????? What do you mean ? Are you running a toll booth? Not even a single person was there other than two three workers and this fake police

Went there for here this early morning and was very pleased with the timing the car wash was done. My truck came out looking great. All I went for was a hand wash no interior cleaning. I was very pleased with the quality, timing and attention to detail for the price. Very reasonable for a hand wash, well worth it. I recommend giving them a try if you just need an exterior wash. I’m sure they do a good inside cleaning as well I just didn’t get one. Great job keep up the good work.

Express was highly recommended to me and I am definitely not disappointed in accepting the recommendation. The owner and his team did a phenomenal job from start to finish. If you're looking for a great place to get your vehicle washed or detailed go straight to Express. They made my 20 year old Suburban look new 😀
